Quantum Security Analyst

Qualification:

• Degree in Engineering/CS/Math/Statistics/Economics or equivalent analytical experience.
• Comfortable with spreadsheets, simple models (TCO/ROI), and creating clear slides/reports.
• Able to learn the basics of PQC migration (crypto-agility, secrecy lifetime, HNDL) and QKD concepts.
• Nice to have / or willing to learn: Sensitivity analysis, scenario planning, vendor/standards landscape scanning.
• Bonus: Awareness of the quantum threat and policy/compliance angles.

Duties:

1. QKDaaS feasibility: Draft evaluation criteria (security value, integration, cost per key bit, SLAs); build cost scenarios (CapEx/OpEx, metro/inter-city); map KMS/PKI integration; define pilot success metrics.
2. PQC migration analysis: Prioritize systems by data shelf-life/exposure; quantify risk reduction and operational impact for classical → hybrid → PQC; structure roadmaps and quick wins.
3. Reporting & workshops: Decision-grade reports (exec summary + assumptions), briefing decks, dashboards; facilitate workshops and capture actions/owners.
4. Market & standards scan: Track vendor capabilities, interoperability issues, and evolving guidance; maintain comparison matrices.
